摘要
目的掌握浦东新区医疗机构消毒现状,为进一步提高辖区内医疗机构消毒工作质量和有效预防医院感染提供依据。方法依据上海市医疗机构消毒、隔离、防护监测方案,对2016—2020年浦东新区医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果2016—2020年浦东新区医疗机构消毒效果监测总合格率分别为96.9%、86.69%、84.73%、91.39%和89.69%。在各环节的监测结果中,医务人员手和治疗用水合格率最低,分别为85.28%和53.59%。在各科室的监测结果中,口腔科和污水样本合格率较低,分别为77.83%和88.49%。结论口腔科治疗用水和各科室医务人员手是主要存在问题的环节,近5年污水处理合格情况有所起伏,浦东新区医疗机构消毒工作仍有待改进。
Objective To investigate the current situation of disinfection in medical institutions in Pudong New Area,and to provide a basis for further improving the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions within the jurisdiction and effectively preventing nosocomial infection.Methods According to the disinfection,isolation and protection monitoring plan of medical institutions in Shanghai,the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Pudong New Area from 2016 to 2020 was monitored.Results From 2016 to 2020,the total qualified rates of disinfection effect monitoring of medical institutions in Pudong New Area were 96.9%,86.69%,84.73%,91.39%and 89.69%,respectively.In the monitoring of each link,the qualified rates of medical staff’s hands and treatment water were the lowest,which were 85.28%and 53.59%,respectively.In the monitoring of various departments,the qualified rates of stomatology and sewage samples were relatively low,which were 77.83%and 88.49%,respectively.Conclusion The treatment water of stomatology and the hands of medical staff in various departments are the main links with problems.In the past five years,the eligibility of sewage treatment has fluctuated.The disinfection work of medical institutions in Pudong New Area still needs to be improved.
