摘要
跟踪国外档案学学科发展的最新动向.可以为我国档案学发展提供参考。选取国外55所院校的档案学专业.运用网络调查和内容分析法,对其学科点设置、学位设置和重点科研发展领域进行分析。国外档案学具有注重学科融合发展、以职业教育为重要导向、学科独立性较弱、广泛开展跨机构合作和开阔的档案社会化研究视野等特征。提出我国档案学学科建设发展的建议:加强学科融合发展,强化综合能力培养;重视职业导向教育.打造多元融合的人才培养体系;发展中国特色档案学教育.加强国际合作交流;关注社会视角下的档案事业发展,增添人文关怀。
Tracking the latest trends in the construction and development of archival discipline abroad can provide references for the construction and development of archives discipline in China.Using network survey and content analysis,this paper conducted an investigation and analysis on the discipline setting,degree setting,and key development areas of archival discipline in 55 foreign colleges.The results found that archival science abroad has the characteristics of focusing on the integration of disciplines,taking vocational education as an important orientation,weak discipline independence,extensive cross-institutional cooperation,and broad perspectives on archive socialization research.This paper put forward suggestions for the development of Chinese archival discipline:strengthening the integration of disciplines and strengthening comprehensive ability training;attaching importance to career-oriented education and creating a diversified and integrated training system;developing archival education with Chinese characteristics and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges;focusing on social perspective and added humanistic care.
