摘要
目的探讨在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后中应用重组人脑利钠肽治疗的效果。方法选取山东省滕州市中医医院2018年7月至2020年12月收治的84例AMI患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组PCI术后给予常规药物治疗,观察组加用重组人脑利钠肽治疗,治疗后随访6个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能、脑钠肽(BNP)水平及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率和左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,BNP水平、不良事件总发生率低于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在AMI患者PCI术后中应用重组人脑利钠肽治疗,可改善心功能,降低BNP水平和不良事件发生率,利于患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 84 AMI patients admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug therapy after PCI,and the observation group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,both groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,BNP level,total incidence of adverse events were lower than those in the control group,left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in AMI patients after PCI can improve the cardiac function,reduce the level of BNP and the incidence of adverse events,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
