摘要
随着诊治技术的不断进步,早期鼻咽癌患者预后良好,然而局部晚期及复发或转移鼻咽癌患者预后较差。无论是化放疗、靶向治疗还是免疫治疗,均会对鼻咽癌患者的预后产生一定影响。本文就局部区域晚期及复发或转移鼻咽癌的放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗进展作一综述,以为临床选择合理的方式治疗该病提供参考。
With the continuous progress of diagnosis and treatment technology,the prognosis of patients with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma is good,but the prognosis of patients with locally advanced and recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma is poor.Whether chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapy or immunotherapy,it will have a certain impact on the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.This paper reviews the progress of chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy in locally advanced and recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma,so as to provide reference for the clinical selection of a reasonable way to treat the disease.
