摘要
目的:构建护理专业学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的发生风险预测模型。方法:选取1965例护理专业学生,采用青少年自我伤害行为问卷、父母教养方式问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表、Rosenberg自尊量表分别测量其NSSI、父母教养方式、述情障碍及自尊情况。采用1:3倾向得分匹配平衡有无NSSI两组的协变量,应用二元logistic回归探究产生NSSI的相关因素,并基于列线图构建护理专业学生NSSI发生风险预测模型。结果:本样本中护理专业学生的NSSI检出率为14.9%。识别情感障碍(OR=1.077)、描述情感障碍(OR=1.094)、外向性思维(OR=1.071)是护理专业学生的NSSI的危险因素,母亲鼓励自主(OR=0.917)、父亲关爱(OR=0.941)、自尊(OR=0.954)是NSSI的保护因素。构建的列线图经验证区分度和可靠性良好(校准曲线与标准曲线接近,ROC曲线下面积为0.76)。结论:本研究根据NSSI行为相关因素构建了风险预测列线图模型,有助于直观评价护理专业学生出现NSSI行为的风险。
Objective:To construct a predictive model for the risk of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)occurrence among nursing students.Methods:The survey of 1965 nursing students was conducted by using convenience sampling method.The questionnaire contents included adolescent self-injurious behavior questionnaire,Parental Bonding Instrument,Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20 and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale.According to NSSI questionnaire cutoffs,participants were divided into the NSSI group and the non-NSSI group.Propensity score matching was used to balance covariates between the two groups.Stepwise binary logistic regression was used to explore the correlative factors of NSSI.The nomogram model for prediction the occurrence of NSSI was constructed based on the regression coefficients of the correlative factors.Results:The detection rate of NSSI among nursing students in this samplewas 14.9%.Logistic regression analysis showed that difficulty in identifying feelings(OR=1.077),difficulty in describing feelings(OR=1.094),and external oriental thinking(OR=1.071)were risk factors for the occurrence of NSSI behavior of nursing students,and maternal encourage autonomy(OR=0.917),the paternal care(OR=0.941)and self-esteem(OR=0.954)were the protective factors for the occurrence of NSSI among nursing students.The established nomogram model had good discriminability and reliability(calibration curve close to the standard curve,area under the ROC 0.76).Conclusion:This study constructed a risk prediction nomogram model based on factors related to NSSI behaviors,which is useful to visually evaluate the risk of NSSI behaviors among nursing students.
