摘要
目的探讨护士的工作家庭冲突、控制感与职业倦怠的相关性。方法于2019年7月—2021年7月采用工作家庭冲突量表、控制感量表及职业倦怠问卷对该市5家综合性医院各不相同的科室且工作>1年的286名护士施以调查,运用逻辑回归分析了解工作家庭冲突、控制感对护士职业倦怠的预测作用。结果286名护士的工作-家庭冲突评分(17.89±2.63)分高于家庭-工作冲突评分(12.64±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄35~39岁的护士控制感高于25~34岁及<25岁的护士,工龄6~8年的护士控制感总分高于工龄在3~5年及<3年的护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士的情绪衰竭(EE)评分为(22.53±1.67)分,属于中度倦怠;去人格化(DP)评分为(8.15±0.68)分,属于中度倦怠;个人成就感(PA)评分为(26.54±2.13)分,属于高度倦怠;工作-家庭冲突与EE、DP呈正相关,与PA之间呈负相关(P<0.05);家庭-工作冲突与EE、DP呈正相关,与PA呈负相关(P<0.05);控制感与EE、DP呈负相关,与PA呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论护士职业倦怠处于中高水平,工作家庭冲突、控制感是护士职业倦怠形成的重要原因,三者之间具有密切的相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between work-family conflict,sense of control and job burnout among nurses.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,the work-family conflict scale,the sense of control scale and the job burnout questionnaire were used to investigate 286 nurses with different departments in 5 general hospitals in the city who had worked longer than 1 year.Logistic regression analysis was used to understand the predictive effects of work-family conflict and sense of control on nurses'job burnout.Results The work-family conflict score of 286 nurses(17.89±2.63)points was higher than the family-work conflict score(12.64±2.31)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses aged 35-39 years old have a higher sense of control than nurses aged 25-34 years old and<25 years old,and nurses with 6-8 years old of service have a higher total sense of control than nurses with 3-5 years old and<3 years old of service,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 286 nurses of the emotional exhaustion(EE)score was(22.53±1.67)points,which belonged to moderate burnout;the depersonalization(DP)score was(8.15±0.68)points,which belonged to moderate burnout;the personal achievement(PA)score was(26.54±2.13)points,which belonged to high burnout.Work-family conflict was positively correlated with EE and DP,and negatively correlated with PA(P<0.05).Family-work conflict was positively correlated with EE and DP,and negatively correlated with PA(P<0.05).The sense of control was negatively correlated with EE and DP,and negatively correlated with PA(P<0.05).Conclusion The job burnout of nurses is in the middle and high level.Work-family conflict and sense of control are important reasons for the formation of nurses'job burnout,and there is a close correlation between the three.
