摘要
在输送电力过程中,变压器能发挥出极其重要的作用,流经变压器的高电压能转变为可用电压。在电网系统中,电力变压器占据着重要位置,一旦其发生故障,就会影响到整个电力网络,打乱人们工作生活的节奏。因此,电力变压器维护与管理引起相关部门的重视,不仅要保证其始终处于安全状态,也要提升其质量,避免出现故障。变压器油的色谱分析是一种常见的故障诊断方法,具有较高的诊断准确度,有助于快速诊断故障,使故障处理更快,更有效。基于此,文章阐述油气相色谱分析原理,结合某主变压器故障,从多个方面剖析故障问题成因,按照现行规范要求处理故障、回装设备。在进行气相色谱分析后,认定电力变压器内部故障基本被消除,当前主变运行状况较好。
In the process of power transmission,the transformer can play an extremely important role,and the high voltage flowing through the transformer can be converted into available voltage.In the power grid system,the power transformer occupies an important position.Once its failure occurs,it will affect the whole power network and disrupt the rhythm of people's work and life.Therefore,the maintenance and management of power transformer has attracted the attention of relevant departments,not only to ensure that it is always in a safe state,but also to improve its quality and avoid failures.Chromatographic analysis of transformer oil is a common fault diagnosis method,which has high diagnostic accuracy,which is helpful to rapid fault diagnosis and make fault treatment faster and more effective.Based on this,this paper expounds the principle of oil gas chromatography analysis,and,based on the fault of a main transformer,analyzes the causes of the fault from many aspects,and deals with the fault and reinstall the equipment according to the requirements of the current code.After the gas chromatography analysis,it is concluded that the internal faults of the power transformer are basically eliminated,and the current operation condition of the main transformer is good.
