摘要
辅导员作为高校心理健康教育的重要力量,是多方力量推进的结果,其中政策驱动具有十分重要的作用。辅导员心理健康教育政策始终与高校心理健康教育、辅导员队伍建设在政策制度设计上同频共振,经历了从“无”到“有”、从“粗放”到“内涵提升”的发展阶段,实现与思想政治教育协同发展,保障我国高校心理健康教育特色和辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展的同时,在政策引领中呈现“三因”理念推动、政策协同、视域融合的趋势,为未来实现辅导员心理健康教育高质量发展提供借鉴。
As an important force of mental health education at colleges and universities, counselors are the result of multi-force promotion, among which policy drive plays a very important role. Counselors’ mental health education policy always resonates with college mental health education and counselor team construction in policy and system design. It has experienced the development stage from“nil”to“coming into being”, from“extensive”to“connotation promotion”. While ensuring the characteristics of college mental health education and the professional development of counselor team in China, it presents the characteristics of precise guidance of special policy, comprehensive guidance of professional guidance of counselor team. The development trend of fine promotion can provide reference for the high-quality development of counselors’ mental health education in the future.
