摘要
目的探讨奥氮平联合氟西汀在双相情感障碍治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年6月内蒙古自治区第三医院收治的100例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,采用计算机双色球分组法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者采用奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗,对照组患者采用碳酸锂治疗。比较两组患者的症状指标、临床治疗效果、用药不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患者的贝克-拉菲尔森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双相情感障碍患者采用奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗能够抑制患者的躁狂状态,改善患者的临床症状,治疗效果显著,并且用药安全,可行性价值高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 100 patients with bipolar disorder treated in the Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from February 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by computer two-color ball grouping method,with 50 patients in each group.Observation group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine,while control group was treated with Lithium Carbonate.The symptom index,clinical treatment effect and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS)score and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine can inhibit the manic state of patients with bipolar disorder,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the treatment effect is significant,and medication safety,high feasibility value.
