摘要
从“浊毒-微生态”理论探讨溃疡性结肠炎的病机及治疗,指出浊毒是触发溃疡性结肠炎的关键,肠道微生态失衡是始动因子。急则治其标,化浊解毒为法,诱导缓解。缓则治其本,扶助正气,维持缓解。以期为消化科临床医生提供新的治疗思路。
Discussion on pathogenesis and treatment of ulcerative colitis from the theory of“toxicism-microecology”.It is pointed out that turbid toxin is the key to trigger UC,and intestinal microecology imbalance is the initiating factor.The treatment of acute symptoms,turbidity detoxification method,induction of remission.If it is slow,it will cure the root cause,support healthy qi and maintain remission.In order to provide new treatment ideas for digestive clinicians.
