摘要
辅导员工作室作为辅导员专业化发展的一个全新载体,已经越来越受到各个高校的重视。辅导员工作室组织形式高度制度化,具备团队性、目标性、计划性等特点,能够有效盘活各类资源,充分调动辅导员的积极性,为辅导员搭建一个良好的理论研究、经验分享、培训服务的平台,有助于提高辅导员工作的科学化水平,突破职业发展的瓶颈,加速辅导员成长。该文首先阐述了高校辅导员工作室建设的意义,然后分析了现有辅导员工作室存在的一些共性问题,并针对存在的不足着重对辅导员工作室专业化、精细化建设路径进行了探索。
As a brand-new carrier of the professional development of the college counselors, counselor’s studio has been paid more and more attention by colleges and universities. The organizational form of counselor studio is highly institutionalized, with the characteristics of teamwork, goal and planning. It can effectively revitalize all kinds of resources, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of counselors, and build a good platform for theoretical research, experience sharing and training services for counselors, which will help to improve the scientific level of counselors’ work,break through the bottleneck of career development and accelerate the growth of counselors. This paper first expounds the significance of the construction of the counselor studio in colleges and universities, then analyzes some common problems existing in the existing counselor studio, and focuses on the exploration of the specialization and refinement construction path of counselor studio.
