过程考核在检验医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是医学生从学生转变成合格的医务工作者的历练之路。当前中国住院医师规范化的培训的质量和效果尚有待提高,过程考核是衡量住院医师过程培训的良好指标,因此过程考核在住院医师规范化培训中的作用尤为重要,但目前各培训基地在落实住院医师规范化培训过程中,缺乏对过程考核的系统化、规范化的执行,导致过程考核在住院医师规范化培训中展现出的效果不佳,住院医师没有获得丰富的考核经验,进而无法对住院医师综合能力的“进阶式”提高提供保障。中国医学科学院肿瘤医院检验基地总结多年教学管理经验,不断规范过程考核细节,从过程考核制度的建立、师资培训、题库建立等方面着手,逐步建立起规范化的过程考核流程,近年来应用效果显著。本文对近年本基地过程考核的建立、实施、应用成效、评估等工作进行了总结,以为其他基地培养检验住院医师提供参考。 Resident standardized training is the road of experience and toughening for medicos to transform from students to qualified medical workers.However,the quality and effect of RST in China still needs to be improved,and period assessment also needs to be standardized.At present,in the process of RST at various training bases,the implementation of period assessment is not systematic or standardized,resulting in a less effective assessment in the RST.Without having enough assessment experience,the“advanced”improvement of the residents’comprehensive ability cannot be guaranteed.Our base in Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has summarized teaching and management experience,standardized the details of period assessment,and established a normalized process of period assessment,including institutional improvement,instructor training and question bank establishment,which shows a significant application effect in recent years.This review summarizes the establishment,implementation,application and evaluation of the period assessment in our training base for past years,so as to provide a reference for other bases.
