摘要
苜蓿属多年生草本植物,产量高而质优,是畜禽常用的饲料。文章通过物理评价法、湿法分析、近红外光谱(NIRS)法和康奈尔净碳水化合物-净蛋白质体系(CNCPS)法对苜蓿干草饲用价值评定方法进行综述,总结苜蓿干草在反刍动物生产上的应用和评定中存在的问题,为苜蓿干草在反刍动物生产中的合理应用提供参考。
Alfalfa is a perennial herb with high yield and high quality. It is a common feed for livestock and poultry. In the paper, the evaluation methods of forage value of alfalfa hay were reviewed by physical evaluation, wet analysis, near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) and cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS), and the problems existing in the application and evaluation of alfalfa hay in ruminant production are summarized, to provide a reference for the rational application of alfalfa hay in ruminant production.
