摘要
目的调查公共场所干手器对空气质量和手部卫生的二次污染状况,为进一步加强公共场所卫生设施的管理提供参考依据。方法2020年11月—2021年7月,随机抽取公共场所中使用的干手器24台,分别检测干手器使用前后空气中的细菌总数、真菌总数和可吸入颗粒物(inhalable particle matter,PM;)。随机选取48名志愿者使用上述的24台干手器,分别检测右手组(干手器烘干)和左手组(自然晾干)的手部细菌总数。对24台干手器的喷嘴进行诺如病毒核酸检测。结果开启干手器时喷嘴正下方的空气中细菌总数、真菌总数和PM;的检测结果均高于未开启干手器时洗手间室内空气中的检测结果(均P<0.05);开启干手器时距离喷嘴约50 cm处的空气中细菌总数和PM;的检测结果高于未开启干手器时洗手间室内空气中的检测结果(均P<0.05)。根据干手器使用年限进行分析,使用6~10年组的检测结果中,开启干手器时距离喷嘴约50 cm处的空气中细菌总数的检测结果高于未开启干手器时洗手间室内空气的检测结果;使用>10年组的检测结果中,开启干手器时距离喷嘴约50 cm处的空气中PM;的检测结果高于未开启干手器时洗手间室内空气的检测结果。右手组(干手器烘干)的手部细菌总数检测结果高于左手组(自然晾干)的检测结果(P<0.05)。24台干手器的喷嘴均未检出诺如病毒。结论使用干手器会对室内空气产生二次污染,并且污染可以扩散到周围约50 cm的范围,同时,使用干手器也会对手部卫生产生二次污染。
Objective To investigate the secondary pollution of air quality and hand hygiene caused by hand dryers in public places,provide a scientific basis for further strengthening the management of sanitation facilities in public places.Methods November 2020 to July 2021,24 hand dryers used in public places were randomly selected to detect the total bacteria,total fungi and inhalable particle matter(PM10)in the air before and after use of hand dryers.48 volunteers were randomly selected to use the above 24 hand dryers to detect the total number of bacteria on their right hand(dried by hand dryers)and left hand(naturally dried).Norovirus nucleic acid tests were performed on the nozzles of 24 hand dryers.Results The results of total bacteria,total fungi and PM10in the air directly under the nozzle with hand dryers were higher than those in the toilet indoor air without hand dryers(all P<0.05).The results of total bacteria and PM10in the air about 50 cm away from the nozzle with hand dryers was higher than those in the toilet indoor air without hand dryers(all P<0.05).By the analysis on the service years of hand dryers,in the hand dryers that have been used for 6-10 years,the results of total bacteria in the air about 50 cm away from the nozzle with hand dryers were higher than those in the toilet indoor air without hand dryers.In the hand dryers that have been used for more than 10 years,the results of PM10in the air about 50 cm away from the nozzle with hand dryers were higher than those in the toilet indoor air without hand dryers.The total bacterial count of the hand in the right-hand group(dried by hand dryers)was higher than that in the left-hand group(naturally dried)(P<0.05).Norovirus was not detected in the nozzles of 24 hand dryers.Conclusion Hand dryers can produce secondary pollution to indoor air,and the pollution can be spread to the surrounding range of about 50 cm,at the same time,hand dryers can also produce secondary pollution to hand hygiene.
