摘要
模具结构和工艺的合理设计是钛合金型材挤压生产中的重要环节。本文综述钛合金挤压技术发展现状及数值模拟技术在挤压模具设计和挤压工艺选择方面的应用,详细说明模具入口圆角、模孔位置、工作带长度等模具结构因素和挤压温度、挤压速度、挤压比及摩擦条件等工艺参数对钛合金型材挤压过程数值模拟结果的影响规律,介绍数值模拟技术在钛合金挤压过程组织演变分析中的应用,并结合生产实际对钛合金挤压数值模拟技术未来的研究方向进行展望。
Die and process designs are two important production links in titanium alloy profile extrusion process.In this paper, current research status of numerical simulation on titanium alloy extrusion technology was reviewed, from the aspect of die design and process optimization.The effects of die structure factors such as die inlet fillet, die hole position and working belt length, and process parameters such as extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, extrusion ratio and friction conditions on the extrusion numerical simulation process of titanium alloy profile were described in detail.The application of numerical simulation techniques in the tissue evolution during titanium alloy extrusion is further introduced.And finally, an outlook to the future development of titanium alloy extrusion simulation technology was given with actual production.
