方钢管混凝土组合L形柱轴压性能研究 被引量:3

Research on the Axial Compressive Performance of L-shaped Concrete-Filled Square Steel Tubular Composite Columns

摘要 为研究新型方钢管混凝土组合L形柱的轴压性能,以钢管厚度、钢材强度和长细比为参数,对5个方钢管混凝土组合L形柱进行轴压试验,分析各试件的破坏模式、极限承载力和荷载-位移曲线;基于Mander约束混凝土本构关系,考虑不同位置钢管对混凝土约束水平的强弱,建立有限元分析模型,并将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模型的准确性,在此基础上提出了方钢管混凝土组合L形柱的轴压强度和稳定承载力计算公式。结果表明:方钢管混凝土组合L形柱具有良好的轴压力学性能,各钢管之间能够协同变形、共同工作,短柱试件的破坏模式以钢管局部鼓曲破坏为主,中长柱试件的破坏模式以整体弯曲破坏为主,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,提出的轴压强度和稳定承载力公式的计算结果与试验值吻合较好。 In order to study the axial compressive performance of a novel L-shaped concrete-filled square steel tubular(CFSST)composite column,five specimens are tested under axial compression. The testing parameters include steel tube thickness,steel yield strength,and slenderness ratio. The failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,and load-displacement curves are analyzed. Based on the constitutive relation of restrained concrete by Mander,a finite element analysis(FEA)model is built accounting for the strength of steel tube on different position to concrete restrained level. The FEA results are compared with the test data to verify the accuracy of the numerical model.Further,the calculation formulas for the strength and stable bearing capacity of L-shaped CFSST composite column under axial load are proposed. The results show that the L-shaped CFSST composite column has a good axial compressive mechanical property,and the steel tubes can work together and deform in coordination. The failure mode of short columns is mainly local buckling failure of steel tubes under compression,while the medium-long columns mainly have overall bending failure. The numerical results are in a good agreement with the test data. The calculation results using the proposed formulas in this paper are close to the test data.
