摘要
为了探讨苜蓿种子萌发对低温胁迫的响应,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,设置不同温度(4℃、4℃/18℃、18℃/25℃、25℃)处理,比较分析7个苜蓿品种种子发芽率、发芽指数、简化活力指数和根长的变化,进而鉴定苜蓿种子萌发期耐寒性。结果表明,低温下所有苜蓿材料种子发芽率、发芽指数、简化活力指数和根长均呈下降趋势,萌发高峰期随温度降低而后延。品种间简化活力指数、根长和发芽率差异显著,且与萌发时的温度密切相关,可以作为评价指标鉴定萌发期苜蓿的抗寒性。经模糊隶属函数评价得出各品种的抗寒强弱顺序依次为:龙牧801>草原3号>公农2号>皇后>敖汉>420>赛迪。
To explore the response of alfalfa seed germination to low temperature stress,the germination method with petri dish paper was used to carry out treatments at different temperatures(4℃,4℃/18℃,18℃/25℃,25℃).The changes in seed germination rate,germination index,simplified vigor index and root length of 7 alfalfa varieties were compared and analyzed,and then the cold resistance of alfalfa seeds during germination was identified.The results showed that the germination rate,germination index,simplified vigor index and root length of all alfalfa seeds decreased under low temperature,and the peak period of germination delayed with the decrease of temperature.There were significant differences in simplified vigor index,root length and germination rate among varieties,which were closely related to the temperature conditions at germination,which could be used as evaluation indexes to identify the cold resistance of alfalfa during germination stage.According to fuzzy membership function evaluation,the order of cold resistance of each variety from strong to weak as follows:Longmu 801,Caoyuan No.3,Gongnong No.2,Queen,Aohan,420,Sardi.
