摘要
本文以“深海一号”能源站为例,组块与船体之间通过插尖对接的方式进行吊装合拢,与船体的板壳式结构相比,桁架式上部组块的精度难控制。与固定式海洋平台上部组块相比,半潜式上部组块建造精度变成了关键控制点,需要在整个建造流程上全面控制。本文针对甲板片预制、立柱安装、对接口合拢3个建造工艺,阐明了在组块建造阶段的精度控制手段,保证高精度建造需求。本文可为大型浮式平台组块的建造提供参考。
Taking the energy station of“Deep Sea No.1”as an example,the topside module and the hull are integrated by lifting.Compared with the upper block of the fixed offshore platform,the construction accuracy of the seni-submersible upper block becomes the key control point and needs to be controlled in the whole construction process.This pa per ilustrates the precision control scheme in the construction stage from deck prefabrication,column installation,and integration.
