散发性中耳道血管母细胞瘤1例报道并文献复习

摘要 血管母细胞瘤(hemangioblastoma, Hb)是一种少见的良性肿瘤,临床上可分为散发性和家族性。散发性Hb约占75%,发生于中枢的小脑、脑干以及脊髓等部位,约25%的病例为家族性,与遗传病Von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)相关,是VHL病综合征的表现之一[1-2]。中枢神经系统外的散发性Hb非常罕见[3-5]。本文报告1例发生在中耳道的 Hb, 初诊时曾误诊为微囊性神经鞘瘤、富于细胞的血管瘤、血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤.
