摘要
通过在共晶铝硅合金熔炼的过程中掺杂金属Ti元素进行变质处理,制备掺杂不同Ti含量的共晶铝硅合金。通过金相分析,扫描电镜等实验分析研究Ti掺杂对共晶铝硅合金组织结构影响。结果表明:Ti掺杂能够有效的细化共晶硅组织,当掺杂量为0.6%时可得到最佳的细化效果。冷却速率可以提高Ti对共晶铝硅合金的变质效果,当冷却速率为50℃/s时,共晶铝硅合金中的层片状硅可完全转变为纤维状。
Eutectic Al Si Alloys doped with different Ti content were prepared by doping metal Ti and modifying metal elements in the melting process of eutectic Al Si alloy.The effect of Ti doping on the microstructure of eutectic Al Si alloy was studied by metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscope.The results show that Ti doping can effectively refine the eutectic silicon structure,and the best refining effect can be obtained when the doping amount is 0.6%.The cooling rate can improve the modification effect of Ti on eutectic Al Si alloy.When the cooling rate is 50℃/s,the lamellar silicon in eutectic Al Si alloy can be completely transformed into fiber.
