摘要
目的:分析两种不同根管治疗方法治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年6月上海市第一康复医院口腔科治疗的108例牙体牙髓病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用多次根管治疗,观察组采用一次性根管治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、血清炎症因子及术后并发症。结果:观察组总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的75.93%(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后14 d,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-2(IL-2)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.70%,明显低于对照组的18.52%(P<0.05)。结论:牙体牙髓病采用一次性根管治疗效果更为突出,可有效降低患者疼痛感与血清炎症因子水平,且术后并发症少,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of two different root canal treatment methods in the treatment of dental pulp diseases.Method:A total of 108 patients with dental pulp disease treated in the Department of Stomatology of Shanghai First Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,54 cases in each group.The control group was given multiple root canal treatments,and the observation group was given one-time root canal treatment.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,serum inflammatory factors and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 75.93% of the control group (P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the pain scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 14 d after treatment,the levels of serum CRP,IL-2 and IL-6 of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 3.70%,which was significantly lower than 18.52% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of one-time root canal treatment for dental pulp disease is more prominent,which can effectively reduce pain and serum inflammatory factor level,and has fewer postoperative complications,which has a higher promotion value.
