摘要
隔离开关合闸不到位是危害电网安全运行的重要因素之一。针对目前缺乏快速有效的隔离开关合闸状态非接触自动检测技术的问题,文中以单臂水平伸缩式隔离开关为例,分析隔离开关运动过程,利用地面激光雷达获取隔离开关导电臂点云数据,对数据进行排序、分组及拟合,获得导电臂方向向量,提出了基于导电臂方向向量夹角的隔离开关合闸状态检测方法,开发了自动测量工具,并将该方法及工具运用于现场检测。现场试验结果表明,提出的检测方法及工具可实现隔离开关合闸状态的自动检测。该方法为隔离开关合闸状态的带电非接触检测提供了一种新的技术手段。
The insufficient closing of disconnector is one of important factors that endanger the safe operation of pow⁃er grid.Aiming at the lack of fast and effective non⁃contact automatic detection technology of the closing state of dis⁃connector,the single⁃arm horizontal pantograph disconnector is taken as an example to analyze the movement pro⁃cess of disconnector.The cloud data of conductive arm point of disconnector is obtained by the use of the ground li⁃dar.The data is sorted,grouped and fitted so to obtain the direction vector of the conductive arm.Moreover,a meth⁃od for detecting the closing state based on vectorial angle of conductive arm direction of disconnector is proposed,and automatic measurement tools are developed and used in inspection at site.The field test results show that the pro⁃posed detection method and tools can achieve automatic detection of the closing state of the disconnector.This meth⁃od provides a new technical means for live non⁃contact detection of the closing state of the disconnector.
