摘要
为研究中药水溶肥辰奇素处理对苹果采后耐贮性的影响,以“蜜脆”和“富士”苹果为试材,生长期间进行田间辰奇素灌根和叶面喷施处理,果实成熟采收后贮藏期间测定各项指标。结果表明:辰奇素处理可有效地抑制两个品种苹果贮藏期间果实硬度、可溶性固形物以及可滴定酸含量的下降;降低“富士”苹果的呼吸高峰值,减少其失重率和病果率;延缓“蜜脆”果实呼吸高峰值的出现时间,但对其贮藏期间的失重率和病果率无显著影响。多项指标综合分析认为:田间辰奇素处理能够增强“蜜脆”和“富士”苹果的采后耐贮性,且对“富士”苹果的效果更为明显。
In order to investigate the effects of Chinese medicine water-soluble fertilizer Chenqisu treatments on storage properties of postharvest apples, the ‘Micui’ and ‘Fushi’ apples were taken as materials, and the root irrigation and leaf spraying treatments of Chenqisu were carried out in the field during growth period, then various fruits indicators were determined during storage period after harvest. Results showed that Chenqisu treatments could effectively inhibit the decrease of fruits hardness, soluble solids and titratable acids contents of two varieties during storage period, which could reduce the respiratory peak values, weight loss rates and diseased fruits rates of‘Fushi’ apples, and could delay the appearance time of respiratory peak values of ‘Micui’ fruits, but presented no significant effects on weight loss rates and diseased fruits rates during ‘ Micui ’ storage. The comprehensive analysis of multiple indicators showed that the Chenqisu treatments could enhance the postharvest storage tolerance of ‘Micui’and ‘Fushi’apples, and the effects on ‘Fushi’ apples were more obvious.
