摘要
地方高校英语人才培养模式改革既是高校适应地方社会经济发展的客观需要,也是其优化专业结构、提升人才质量和办学水平的内在要求。基于CDIO教育理念,以多方参与、相互协作的形式,整合和利用各类社会资源,从培养目标定位、教学大纲、课程设计、教学方式、考核评价五个方面构建应用型英语人才多元协同培养模式,将有助于进一步完善英语课程体系,提高地方高校英语人才竞争力,更好地为地方社会发展提供服务。
The reform of English talent cultivation mode in local colleges could not only meet the objective needs of local social and economic development,but also optimize the specialty structure and improve the quality of talents for the local colleges.Based on the educational idea of CDIO,various social resources are integrated and utilized in form of multi-party participation and cooperation,the multi-cooperative cultivation mode of application-oriented English talents could be constructed from five aspects:objectives and orientation,teaching syllabus,curriculum design,way of teaching,and assessment and evaluation,which would help to further refine English curriculum system,improve the competitiveness of English talents in local colleges and provide better service for local social development.
