摘要
20世纪三四十年代,拉斯韦尔的宣传思想在中国广为流传,影响了中国的战时宣传。季达是第一个介绍、引用拉斯韦尔的中国学人,梁士纯的《战时的舆论及其统制》可被视作《世界大战中的宣传技巧》的编译版,王一之更是将拉斯韦尔的宣传思想总结为“社会授意说”。爬梳史料发现,学人对拉斯韦尔宣传思想的接受有迹可循,其与中国战时宣传的新闻学话语兴衰同步。探究拉斯韦尔宣传思想在战时中国的传播,可以继承这一时期的拉斯韦尔研究传统,学习国人对欧美宣传理论的扬弃,并借助这些过往经验的复活,反思当下传播学追求理论本土化等问题。
In the 1930s and 1940s,Lasswell’s propaganda thoughts enjoyed wide currency in China and influenced Chinese wartime propaganda.Ji Da was the first Chinese scholar to introduce and quote Lasswell.Liang Shichun’s Public Opinion and Its Control in Wartime could be regarded as a compiled version of Propaganda Technique in the World War,and Wang Yizhi summarized Lasswell’s propaganda thoughts as"social suggestion theory".Further studies indicate that the scholars’acceptance of Lasswell’s propaganda thoughts is traceable,and it is synchronized with the rise and fall of the discourse system of journalism with China war propaganda.Exploring the spread of Lasswell’s propaganda thoughts in wartime China allows us to inherit the tradition of Lasswell studies from this period and learn from Chinese scholars’selection and abandonment of European and American propaganda ideas.We can draw on the resurrection of these past experiences to reflect on contemporary issues such as the pursuit of theoretical localization in communication studies.
