摘要
涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤,因其嗜神经侵袭和远处转移两大特殊生物学特征,导致其治疗难度大及预后不良。乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)与细胞外基质(ECM)及基底膜(BM)相互作用,并参与SACC细胞的侵袭转移及血管生成,促进了肿瘤细胞的增殖及侵袭转移。HPSE与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭转移因果关系可为SACC的诊断及预后提供新的参考依据。
Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC)is a common malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region.Due to the two special biological characteristics of neurotropic invasion and distant metastasis of ACC,it is difficult to treat and has poor prognosis.Heparanase(HPSE)interacts with extracellular matrix(ECM)and participates in the invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis of SACC cells,promoting the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells.There is a causal relationship between HPSE and the occurrence and development of tumor,which can provide a new reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of SACC.
