摘要
目的:利用比色原理进行索林Murex HBsAg Version 3乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原诊断试剂及相关样本加样过程的吸光度(0ptical DeInsit,OD)值监控,以杜绝漏加事件的发生。方法:检测3个批次的索林乙肝诊断试剂及1406份血液标本,监控试剂及样本的OD值(使用软件)。结果:570 nm/620 nm波长下加入了稀释液和标本微孔的OD值应该大于0.626,酶结合物在490 nm/690 nm波长下的OD值应该大于0.881,底物液在490 nm波长下的OD值应该大于0.145。结论:实验得出了索林乙肝诊断试剂及样本在最佳波长下的监控OD值,对上述OD值进行监控,有助于防止漏加事件的发生。
Objective:To monitor the 0ptical DeInsit(OD)value of solin Murex HBsAg Version 3 hepatitis B virus surface antigen diagnostic reagent and related samples in the process of adding samples by colorimetric principle,so as to prevent the occurrence of missing adding events.Methods:Three batches of solin hepatitis B diagnostic reagents and 1406 blood samples were detected,and OD values of the reagents and samples were monitored(using software).Results:The OD value of diluted solution and sample micropores should be greater than 0.626 at 570 nm/620 nm,the OD value of enzyme conjugate should be greater than 0.881 at 490 nm/690 nm,and the OD value of substrate solution should be greater than 0.145 at 490 nm.Conclusion:The monitoring OD values of solin hepatitis B diagnostic reagen t and samples at the best wavelength were obtained.Monitoring the above OD values is helpful to prevent the occurrence of leakage events.
