摘要
随着工程机械行业向智能化、数字化制造的方向发展,智能化的机器产品在装配线、生产线等方面的应用越来越普遍,使得工程机械行业的自动化程度越来越高;这其中尤以AGV及其衍生产品在工程机械领域的应用更加广泛。在台车钻臂装配平台的基础上,为提升生产效率和装配质量,采用AGV小车为载体,通过夹具形式的优化、柔性自适应技术的引入,提高了部件装配的自动化水平,实现了钻臂和车体的精确连接装配。
With the development of construction machinery industry towards intelligent and digital manufacturing,the application of intelligent machine products in assembly line and production line is becoming more and more common,which makes the automation degree of construction machinery industry higher and higher.Among them,AGV and its derivatives are more widely used in the field of construction machinery.On the basis of the trolley working device-drill boom assembly platform,to improve production efficiency and assembly quality,use AGV car as carrier,through the optimization of the fixture form and the introduction of flexible adaptive technology,improve the automation level of component assembly,realize the precise connection and assembly of the drill boom and the car boby.
