摘要
目的:探讨扶正解毒通络方联合射频消融术对原发性肝癌患者免疫功能及血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平的影响。方法:选取麻城市中医医院2020年1月-2021年4月收治的80例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予扶正解毒通络方治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能指标及血清生长因子指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,CD8^(+)水平降低,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组;CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清bFGF、VEGF、TGF-β_(1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒通络方联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌可有效增强患者的机体免疫能力,抑制肿瘤的生长转移,提高治疗的有效率。
Objective:To investigate the effects effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Recipe combined with radiofrequency ablation on immune function and serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))levels in patients with primary liver cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with primary liver cancer treated in Macheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes and serum growth factor indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) increased and CD8^(+) decreased in the two groups,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the level of CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum bFGF,VEGF and TGF-β_(1) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Recipe combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer can effectively enhance the immune ability of patients,inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumors,and improve the efficiency of treatment.
