摘要
在防洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)试点应用的基础上,研究了支持防洪“四预”的几项核心数字孪生技术,同时归纳了相关应用,为智慧水利建设提供借鉴。以防洪应用实际需求为驱动,研究防洪“四预”数字孪生技术框架,以数字孪生“虚实映射”的主要特征为主线,研究支撑“虚实映射”的数字流域模拟系统、数字化场景和“孪生体”状态同步等核心数字孪生技术。同时,归纳出虚拟化监控、水利工程巡查、远程控制和智能化决策等几类数字孪生技术应用。通过研究得出,数字孪生技术对于防洪“四预”来说具有较好的应用价值,在技术方面也具有可行性,值得进一步研究和发展。
Based on the pilot application of four function of forecast,early warning,drill and emergency plan(FEDE)for flood management,several core digital twin technologies supporting four functions of FEDE for flood management are studied,and some digital twin applications are summarized,which can provide reference for the construction of related digital twin applications.Driven by the actual demand of flood management application,the digital twin technology framework for flood management with four functions of FEDE is studied.Taking the main characteristics of digital twin"virtual and real mapping"as the main line,the core digital twin technologies such as digital river basins simulation system,digital scene and"twin"state synchronization supporting"virtual and real mapping"are studied.At the same time,several kinds of digital twin technology applications such as virtual monitoring,water project inspection,remote control and intelligent decision-making are summarized.It is concluded that digital twin technology has good merits in the application for flood management with four functions of FEDE,and also has feasibility in technology,which is worth further research and development.
