摘要
依据JC/T 773-2010/IS0 14130:1997《纤维增强塑料短梁法测定层间剪切强度》,测定了CCF800H-12K碳纤维增强复合材料的层间剪切强度。根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,分析得出复合板层间剪切强度测量过程中的测量不确定度来源主要为重复性测量、厚度和宽度的测量、电子万能试验机及测量结果的数据修约。推算得出当平均层间剪切强度为106.3MPa时,测量结果的扩展测量不确定度为3.0MPa。
According to the JC/T 773-2010/IS0 14130: 1997, Fibre-reinforced plastics composites—Determination of apparent interlaminar shear by short-beam method, the interlaminar shear strength of CCF800H-12K carbon fibers reinforced composites is measured. According to the evaluation and expression theory of measurement uncertainty, the main sources of measurement uncertainty of tensile strength result from repeatability measurements, thickness and width measurement, electronic universal testing machine and data modification of measurement results. When the average interlaminar shear strength is 106.3MPa, the expanded measurement uncertainty is 3.0MPa.
