服装设计专业跨境产教融合人才培养模式改革与实践——以宁波大学昂热大学联合学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 跨境产教融合是统筹国内、国际的纺织服装产业和时尚教育协同发展的重要改革方式,其核心是构建具有国际背景的服装设计人才培养模式。该研究以宁波大学与法国昂热大学合作办学的服装设计专业为例,构建了跨境产教融合人才培养模式,探索了破解时尚产业高质量发展的人才需求与高校培养人才供给不匹配的策略,创新地提出了以“共制培养方案、共编教学大纲、共上核心课程、共建实训基地”为抓手的“四共”人才培养改革举措,为高校培养具有国际视野、家国情怀的高水平服装设计人才提供借鉴。 Cross-border integration of production and education is an important reform method to promote the coordinated development of the textile industry and fashion education at home and abroad.The core is to build a fashion design talent training model with an international background.The study takes the fashion design major in Ningbo University-University of Angers Joint Institute at Ningbo University as an example,and proposes an optimization strategy to solve the mismatch between the demand for talents with high quality development in fashion industry and the supply of talents trained in universities.The innovated talent training reform measures,focusing on"jointly formulating training programs,jointly preparing syllabus,jointly attending core courses and jointly building training bases"proposed in this article can provide references for cultivating high-level clothing design talents with international vision and patriotism.
