摘要
目的 探讨以病例为基础的教学方法(Case-based Learning, CBL)和以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based Learning, PBL)在住培医师心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 选取粤北人民医院2019级住培医师89人为对照组,采用传统教学方法,2020级住培医师96人为观察组,采用CBL+PBL的教学方法,教学任务完成后进行统一考试,并将结果进行比较。结果 观察组平均成绩(59.95±14.34分)显著高于对照组(47.45±14.21)(p<0.01);50分以上比例、80分以上比例观察组(分别为81.25%和8.33%),优于对照组(分别为46.07%和0.00%)(p<0.01)。结论 CBL和PBL教学法提高学员心电图的分析能力、同时激发了学生对学习心电图的兴趣。
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL and PBL teaching methods in the teaching of electrocardiogram for standardized training residents. Methods A total of 89 resident training physicians from Yuebei People’s Hospital in 2019 were selected as the control group, using traditional teaching methods, and 96resident training physicians in 2020 as the observation group, using the CBL+PBL teaching method. After the teaching was completed, a unified examination was performed and the results were compared. Results The average score of the observation group(59.95±14.34 points) was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.45±14.21)(p<0.01);the ratio of more than 50 points and the ratio of more than 80 points in the observation group(81.25% and 8.33%, respectively) were superiorcontrol group(46.07% and 0.00% respectively)(p<0.01).Conclusions CBL and PBL teaching methods improve students’ electrocardiogram analysis ability, and at the same time stimulate students’ interest in learning electrocardiogram.
