摘要
全面从严治党是党的十八大以来党中央作出的重大战略部署,是“四个全面”战略布局的重要组成部分。全面从严治党的关键是从严管理干部。介绍了建党百年来特别是十八大以来从严管理干部的历史演进,阐述了新时代从严管理干部的价值彰显,从把好源头质量、提升素质能力、强化党内监督和激发干事活力四方面提出了建立健全从严管理干部长效机制的对策建议,以期构建良好的政治生态。
A comprehensive and strict governance over the Party is a major strategic deployment made by the CPC Central Committee since the 18th CPC National Congress,and an important component in the strategic deployment of“Four Comprehensives”.The key to a comprehensive and strict governance over the Party is a strict cadre management.This paper introduces the historical evolution of a strict cadre management since CPC’s founding,especially from the 18th CPC National Congress on.It expounds measures and suggestions to establish and improve a long-term mechanism of a comprehensive and strict cadre management,so as to build a benevolent political ecology.Four relevant aspects are emphasized,namely,a source quality monitor,cadre qualification enhancement,strengthened inner-Party supervision and action vitality stimulation.
