2018年重庆市荣昌区2998名30~79岁居民盲和低视力检出结果分析 被引量:1

Investigation on blindness and low vision of residents aged30 to 79 in Rongchang District of Chongqing

摘要 目的分析重庆市荣昌区30~79岁人群盲和低视力患病率及流行病学特征,为政府制定防控措施提供依据。方法2018年以乡镇或街道为单位,采用整群随机抽样的方法选择昌元、昌州街道作为调查点,对户籍在昌元、昌州街道的30~79岁且自愿参与调查的居民使用标准视力表检查视力。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。定量资料用x±s表示;定性资料用率或构成比表示,组间采用χ^(2)检验,率的趋势性变化采用χ^(2)检验,检验水准为α=0.05。结果按日常生活视力分类,盲18例,患病率为0.60%,低视力482例,患病率为16.08%。农村地区盲和低视力患病率低于城市地区;随着年龄的增长,盲和低视力患病率上升;随着受教育程度的增加,盲和低视力患病率下降;糖尿病人群盲和低视力患病率高于非糖尿病人群。结论荣昌区低视力防控形势严峻,应加大城市地区、老年人、糖尿病患者健康教育和干预。 Objective To analyze the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of blindness and low vision among people aged 30~79 in Rongchang District of Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate prevention and control measures.Methods In 2018,by town or street as the unit,the method of cluster random sampling was uesd to select Changyuan and Changzhou streets as the investigation sites.Permanent residents (30 to 79 years old) who were voluntarily involved in the project in Rongchang served as the objects.The visual acuity investigation was performed by standard visual acuity chart.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Quantitative data were expressed by x±s,qualitative data were expressed by rate or component ratio,and compared byχ^(2)test.The trend change were uesd by trend byχ^(2)test.The test level wasα=0.05.Results According to the visual acuity of daily life,there were 18 cases of blindness,the prevalence was 0.60%,and 482 cases were low vision,the prevalence was 16.08%.The prevalence of blindness and low vision in rural areas was lower than that in urban areas;The prevalence of blindness and low vision increased with age;With the increasing of education level,the prevalence of blindness and low vision decreased gradually,the prevalence of blindness and low vision in diabetic group was higher than that in non-diabetic group.Conclusions The situation of prevention and control of low vision in Rongchang district is severe.We should increase health education and intervention in the urban areas,the elderly and diabetic patients.
