摘要
为了提高主动配电网运行的经济性,综合考虑配电网运行过程中的发电成本、电能交换成本、弃风及弃光惩罚成本、储能成本和各类约束,并对不同时间段的购、售电单价进行划分,建立了考虑分时电价的主动配电网经济优化调度模型。采用狼群算法对主动配电网优化调度模型进行了求解,结果表明,主动配电网总运行成本为100197元,相比传统配电网降低25.93%,验证了模型的实用性和求解方法的正确性。
To improve the economy of active distribution network,this paper comprehensively considers the various costs of power generation,power exchange,wind abandonment and light abandonment penalty,energy storage and other constraints in the operation process.Dividing unit prices of power purchase and sales according to different time periods,it considers time-of-use price and establishes the economic optimal dispatching model of active distribution network.Wolf pack algorithm is applied to the model and verifies the practicability of the model and the correctness of the method,with the total operation cost 100197 yuan,25.93%lower than that of traditional distribution network.
