摘要
唐墓出土的牛俑作为随葬陶俑中的一种,在一定程度上反映了当时所见之牛的形态,其中应该包括了黄牛、峰牛,可能还有黄牛和峰牛的杂交品种。结合壁画和文献,可以看出这一时期牛在社会中的用途多样,耕牛是农业生产中的重要役使畜力;牛车作为交通工具仍在女性贵族和官僚群体中使用;牛肉在唐代饮食中并非完全消失,应该是限于地区、特定情况和身份等级食用。
As one of the burial figurines,the cattle figurines excavated from the Tang tombs reflect the morphology of the cattle seen at that time to a certain extent,including cattle,humped cattle,and possibly hybrid of cattle and humped cattle.Combined with murals and documents,it can be seen that cattle were used for various purposes in society in this period,farm cattle was an important force in agricultural production;ox carts were still used as a means of transportation in female aristocrats and bureaucrats;beef was not completely disappeared in the Tang Dynasty diet,but was limited to regional,specific situations and status levels.
