摘要
为解决四川某高灰细粒煤泥灰分含量较高的问题,采用改变浮选条件和添加抑制剂的方法来降低精煤灰分。通过使用捕收剂煤油和起泡剂仲辛醇、抑制剂水玻璃进行条件试验,在确定最优工艺参数的情况下,通过一粗一精浮选流程试验,得到产率为71.67%,灰分为12.06%的精煤产品。
In order to solve the problem of high ash content of a high-ash fine-grained coal slime in Sichuan, the method of changing flotation conditions and adding inhibitors was used to reduce the ash content of clean coal. By using the collector kerosene, the foaming agent sec-octanol, and the inhibitor water glass to carry out the condition test, under the condition of determining the optimal process parameters, through the one-coarse-fine flotation process test, the yield rate of refined coal products is71.67%, and the ash content is 12.06%.
