摘要
陶瓷过滤机使用清水作为反冲洗水,清水耗量大、成本高,加之排液系统故障率高,导致陶瓷过滤机运行不稳定。针对上述问题,根据生产工艺要求及陶瓷过滤机的工作流程,设计一套精矿滤液水回用系统,使用两级沉降及排污等方式保证精矿滤液水水质清澈,供陶瓷过滤机作为反冲洗水用。
Clear water was used as backwash water for a ceramic filter with large consumption,high cost and high fault ratio of the drainage system caused unstable operation of the ceramic filter.In view of above problem,according to requirements of production process and working flow of the ceramic filter,a set of concentrate leachate recycling system was designed.In the system,two-stage sedimentation and contamination drainage were applied to guarantee the limpidity of the concentrate leachate serving as backwash water for the ceramic filter.
