Optimization of Stimulation Technology for Multi-layer Commingled Production Wells at Sea

摘要 文章通过对一口多层合采井的低效原因进行分析,结果表明:储层致密、液锁、反凝析及钻完井伤害是造成该井低产低效的主要原因,在综合各种因素的基础之上,提出了酸化解堵的工艺思路,并进一步通过实验研究优选出最佳的酸液体系,优化工艺参数及施工程序,最后形成了适合该井的酸化解堵增产技术并取得了良好的应用效果,可为同类低产低效井增产改造提供参考。 In recent years,the development of offshore low-permeability oil and gas fields is gradually increasing.In the process of low permeability oilfield development,the reservoir is prone to produce various kinds of pollution damage,which leads to the low percolation capacity of the reservoir,resulting in low production and low efficiency of wells.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on effective stimulation technology to improve reservoir seepage capacity and ensure single well recovery.This paper focuses on the cause analysis of a low efficiency well with multi-layer coproduction.The results show that the main causes of low production and low efficiency are tight reservoir,liquid lock,reverse condensate and drilling and completion damage.Based on the comprehensive analysis of various factors,this paper puts forward the process idea of acidizing and plugging removal,and further optimizes the best acid system,process parameters and construction procedures through experimental research.Finally,the acidizing plugging removal and stimulation technology suitable for this well is formed and good application effect is obtained,which provides reference for stimulation transformation of similar low yield and low efficiency wells.
