摘要
颈椎生理曲度异常与颈椎病的发生发展有着密切的关系,是早期颈椎病发生的影像诊断之一。针对颈椎生理曲度的异常改变,颈椎功能锻炼作为一种安全方便的保守治疗方式具有显著的疗效。颈椎功能锻炼的方式目前临床上分为传统功能锻炼和现代功能锻炼。本文搜集近年来颈椎功能锻炼的临床文献,分别从这两个方面详细描述锻炼方法以及对颈椎生理曲度的影响,为后续的颈椎功能锻炼的方案研究提供理论依据。
The abnormal curvature of the cervical spine is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis,and it is one of the imaging diagnosis of early cervical spondylopathy. In view of the abnormal changes in the physiological curvature of the cervical spine, cervical spine functional exercise has a significant effect as a safe and convenient conservative treatment method. Cervical spine functional exercises are currently clinically divided into traditional functional exercises and modern functional exercises. This article collects clinical literature on cervical spine functional exercises in recent years, describes in detail the exercise methods and the effects on the physiological curvature of the cervical spine from these two aspects, and provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of cervical spine functional exercises.
