摘要
由于儿童心肌结构、功能能差异性大,运动复杂,早期无创定量监测儿童心肌功能对改善心脏疾病患儿预后非常关键,也是目前临床工作中的难点。超声能间接反映心肌细胞可能存在的结构功能改变,具有潜在的应用价值。本文就常规超声心动图、实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪超声心动图、血流向量成像技术、超声造影等对儿童心脏疾病各房室功能的定量评价进展进行综述。
Due to the complexity of children’s myocardial structure and movements,assess children’s myocardialfunction early in an non-invasive and quantitative technology is very critical,and it is also a difficult point at present in clinicalwork.Ultrasound has potential application value and can indirectly reflect the possible structural functional changes ofcardiomyocytes.This article reviews the current status of conventional echocardiography,real-time three dimensionalechocardiography,speckle tracking echocardiography,vector flow mapping technology,contrast-enhanced ultrasound in thequantitative assessment of atrioventricular function in children with different heart diseases.
