UV/H_(2)O_(2)氧化丙氨酸对氯化中二氯乙腈生成的影响

摘要 采用水处理过程中常用的紫外/过氧化氢(UV/H_(2)O_(2))高级氧化工艺对水中典型的氨基酸——丙氨酸进行预处理,研究了后氯化过程中代表性含氮消毒副产物二氯乙腈的生成情况。研究发现,UV/H_(2)O_(2)工艺中产生的羟基自由基对丙氨酸进行α碳氢抽取和氨基氢抽取,在20 min反应时间内主要生成3种产物:HN=C(CH_(3))—COOH、CH_(3)—CH=NH和CH_(3)—C≡N,这3种产物相比丙氨酸具有更高的二氯乙腈生成势,因此强化了后氯化过程中二氯乙腈的生成。进一步研究UV/H_(2)O_(2)预处理时间、丙氨酸浓度、pH和水基质成分(HCO_(3)^(-)、Cl^(-)、NO_(3)^(-))对二氯乙腈生成势的影响,结果表明,随着UV/H_(2)O_(2)预处理时间从0增至30 min,二氯乙腈生成势先升高后降低,并在20 min时达到最大值;丙氨酸浓度的升高和pH的降低有利于二氯乙腈的生成;HCO_(3)^(-)和Cl^(-)的存在会抑制二氯乙腈的生成,而NO_(3)^(-)对二氯乙腈的生成无明显影响。 UV/H_(2)O_(2) advanced oxidation process,which is widely applied in water treatment,was employed for pretreatment of alanine (a typical amino acid in water),and the formation of dichloroacetonitrile (a representative nitrogenous disinfection by-product) in post-chlorination process was investigated.The hydroxyl radicals produced in UV/H_(2)O_(2) process degraded alanine throughα-carbon hydrogen abstraction and amino hydrogen abstraction,and mainly three products were produced in 20 min:HN=C(CH_(3))—COOH,CH_(3)—CH=NH and CH_(3)—C≡N.The three oxidation intermediates exhibited higher dichloroacetonitrile formation potential compared with that of alanine,thus enhanced the formation of dichloroacetonitrile during post-chlorination.The effects of UV/H_(2)O_(2) pretreatment time,initial alanine concentration,pH and other components in water(e.g.,HCO_(3)^(-),Cl^(-),and NO_(3)^(-))on the formation of dichloroacetonitrile were further investigated.When the UV/H_(2)O_(2) pretreatment time was increased from 0 to 30 min,the formation potential of dichloroacetonitrile increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum value at 20 min.The increase of alanine concentration and the decrease of pH were beneficial to the formation of dichloroacetonitrile.The presence of HCO_(3)^(-)and Clboth inhibited the formation of dichloroacetonitrile,while the presence of NO_(3)^(-)had no significant effect on the formation of dichloroacetonitrile.
