摘要 氧化铝催化剂载体的孔结构、表面化学性质及机械强度等物化性质与其成型技术紧密相关,挤出成型被广泛应用于催化材料制备领域。影响氧化铝催化剂载体挤出成型的因素主要有粉体性质、成型助剂和挤出工艺等。氧化铝粉体的形貌、粒度及分布、孔结构、比表面积对挤出成型和载体的物化性质具有重要影响。挤出成型时往往需添加水、胶溶剂、润滑剂、增塑剂及扩孔剂等助剂,助剂的种类及用量不同,对挤出成型过程和氧化铝载体物化性质的影响也不同。挤出工艺是氧化铝催化剂载体成型的关键步骤,对于保证载体的物化性能满足使用要求、降低成型设备磨损和挤出成本具有重要意义。目前国内绝大多数氧化铝载体挤出工艺的科学性有待提高,未来要加大对氧化铝催化剂载体挤出成型过程的基础研究力度,尤其要深入探索各成型助剂对其物化性质的作用机制;同时要对挤出过程中氧化铝坯体的性质做系统研究,构建氧化铝坯体性能与挤出工艺、氧化铝载体物化性质之间的量化关系。 The pore structure,surface chemical properties and mechanical strength of alumina catalyst carrier are closely related to its forming technology,and extrusion molding is widely used in the field of catalytic material preparation.The main factors affecting the extrusion molding of alumina catalyst carrier are powder properties,forming additives and extrusion process.The morphology,particle size and distribution,pore structure and specific surface area of alumina powder have important effects on the extrusion molding and the physical and chemical properties of the carrier.Extrusion molding often needs the addition of water,peptizing agent,lubricant,plasticizer,pore-expanding agent and other additives,and different types and dosage of additives have different effects on the extrusion molding process and the physical and chemical properties of alumina carrier.Extrusion process is the key step of the molding of alumina catalyst carrier.It is of great significance for en-suring the physical and chemical properties of the carrier and reducing the wear of molding equipment and the extrusion cost.At present,the scientificity of most of the domestic alumina carrier extrusion process needs to be improved.In the future,the basic research on extrusion molding of alumina catalyst carrier is to be strengthened,especially the mechanism of various forming additives on its physical and chemical properties.At the same time,the properties of alumina billet during extrusion are systematically studied,and the quantitative relationship between the performance of alumina billet and the extrusion process and the physical and chemi-cal properties of alumina carrier is established.
