摘要
新时代的社会发展要求高校行政管理工作更加规范化、制度化,而这也是高校行政管理工作的重要内容。在新的历史条件下,我国高等教育改革不断深入,高校教育的质量和水平也得到了很大提升。因此,必须要加强对学校行政管理工作的改进和完善,从而更好地服务于广大人民群众。
The social development of the new era requires the administrative management of colleges and universities to be more standardized and institutionalized, which is also the important content of the administrative work of colleges and universities. Under the new historical conditions, the quality and level of higher education in China have also been greatly improved with the deepening of higher education reform. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the effective improvement and perfection of the administrative work of schools, so as to promote its better service to the public.
