摘要
渣含量是评判铝合金熔体质量好坏的一个重要指标。以3104铝合金为研究对象,采用LiMCA在线测渣仪研究了熔体流速、深床过滤量、细化剂用量以及废料使用率对熔体中渣含量的影响。结果表明,熔体中渣含量随熔体流速、深床过滤量、细化剂用量的增加而增加,而废料使用率与熔体中的渣含量无明显对应关系。实际生产中铸锭规格和铸造速度的差异会导致熔体流速的差异,但在过滤装置允许的处理能力内,熔体渣含量是可控的。深床过滤量在其过滤极限时会导致熔体渣含量的突变,故深床过滤量必须进行严格控制;熔体中的渣主要为细化剂的残留物和聚集物,在兼顾晶粒细化效果的同时,应控制细化剂的用量。
Slag content is an important index to judge the quality of aluminum alloy melt.Taking 3104 aluminum alloy as the research object,the effects of melt flow rate,deep bed filtration capacity,amount of refiner and waste utilization rate on slag content in melt are studied by LiMCA on-line slag tester.The results show that the slag content in the melt increases with the increase of melt flow rate,deep bed filtration and the amount of refiner,while the utilization rate of waste has no obvious corresponding relationship with the slag content in the melt.In actual production,the difference of ingot specification and casting speed will lead to the difference of melt flow rate,but the content of melt slag can be controlled within the allowable treatment capacity of the filter device;when the deep bed filtration capacity is at its filtration limit,it will lead to the sudden change of melt slag content,so the deep bed filtration capacity must be strictly controlled;the slag in the melt is mainly the residue and aggregate of refiner.While considering the grain refining ef⁃fect,the amount of refiner should be controlled.
