卫生专业技术人员的职称作为人才评价最重要的方向标,可集中体现卫生专业技术人才的综合能力。自主评审积极探索一条适合医院自身发展与人才队伍建设的有效道路,提高医务人员主观能动性与工作积极性,是对医院员工内在价值的集中且全面的体现与肯定。结合评审过程中的人才分类评审,可促使医院员工更有针对性地制订自我职业规划,促使医院管理者明确医院发展多种人才结构中的优劣性,为有针对性进行人才激励,促进医院可持续发展寻求最佳平衡点。
The professional title of health professional and technical personnel is the most important direction indicator for talent evaluation,which can reflect the comprehensive ability of health professional and technical personnel.Self-assessment actively explore an effective path suitable for the hospital's own development and talent team building,improve the subjective initiative and work enthusiasm of medical staff,and is a concentrated and comprehensive reflection and affirmation of the intrinsic value of hospital staff.Combined with the talent classification review in the review process,hospital employees can make more targeted self-career planning,and hospital managers can clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital's development of various talent structures,in order to carry out targeted talent incentives and promote the sustainable development of the hospital to seek the best balance point.
