摘要
目的探讨在口腔黏膜病教学中引入CBL联合情景模拟教学法的应用效果。方法选取2019年10—11月实验课教学中该院2017级口腔本科学生30名为研究组,采用CBL联合情景模拟教学法,对照组为2016级口腔本科学生30名,采用传统教学法。通过理论考试和问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果研究组总成绩及客观题分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生认为CBL联合情景模拟教学法能激发学习兴趣、加深知识了解、提高分析和解决问题的能力、提高诊疗思维、加强团队合作精神、增加师生互动、增加学生医患沟通能力和使命感等。结论CBL联合情景模教学法在口腔黏膜病教学中推广,有助于学生吸收课程知识,将理论知识和临床更好地结合,培养临床诊疗思维,有望为促进医疗教育模式改革提供新思路。
Objective To explore the application effect of introducing CBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in oral mucosal disease teaching.Methods 30 undergraduate studentsin the teaching of experimental coursesin the hospital in 2017 from October to November 2019 were selected as the study group,adopted the CBL combined scenario simulation teaching method.The control group consisted of 30 undergraduate students in 2016,and adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical examinations and questionnaires.Results The total score and objective score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the study group believed that the CBL combined scenario simulation teaching method could stimulate learning interest,deepen knowledge understanding,and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,improve diagnosis and treatment thinking,strengthen teamwork spirit,increase teacher-student interaction,increase students'doctor-patient communication ability and sense of mission,etc.Conclusion CBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of oral mucosal diseases,which is helpful for students to absorb course knowledge,better combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,and cultivate clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking.It is expected to provide new ideas for promoting the reform of medical education model.
