摘要
目的分析公共卫生管理在传染病预防工作中的重要作用。方法随机抽取该院2021年5—8月20名传染病防控工作人员为研究对象。实施公共卫生管理的150名体检者为观察组,实施常规方式管理为对照组,对比两组传染病防控工作人员的防控能力及体检者的疾病发生情况。结果观察组管理人员对传染病防控能力评分高于对照组,观察组体检人员传染病发生率2.00%低于对照组7.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染病预防工作中实施公共卫生管理,对于提高体检者对传染病的认识度和自我保护能力具有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the important role of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Methods 20 infectious disease prevention and control staff from May to August 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.mplementation of public health management as the observation group,implement routine management as a control group.The prevention and control ability of the two groups of infectious disease prevention and control staff and the occurrence of the disease were compared.Results The observation group managers had higher scores of infectious disease prevention and control ability than the control group,the incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group and physical examination personnel was 2.00%lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases has a positive effect on improving the awareness of infectious diseases and self-protection ability of medical examiners.
