张家口市某城镇污水处理厂尾水资源化利用方案设计

摘要 在城镇污水处理厂排污口下游,因地制宜建设人工湿地水质净化工程,对处理达标后的尾水进一步净化,作为区域内生态、生产或生活用水,实现区域再生水循环利用。以张家口市(北方严寒地区)某城镇污水处理厂尾水资源化为例,尾水设计规模为20000 m^(3)/d,湿地进水水质《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,采用人工湿地工艺出水水质稳定达到地表水Ⅳ类的水质标准。从工艺设计、运营管理和效益分析角度进行分析,尾水资源化后主要作为生态补给水,保障了水资源持续利用。 At the downstream of the sewage outlet of the urban sewage treatment plant,the constructed wetland water purification project shall be constructed according to local conditions.The tail water after the treatment meets the standard shall be further purified and used as ecological,production or domestic water in the region to realize the recycling of regional reclaimed water.Taking the tail water recycling of an urban sewage treatment plant in Zhangjiakou(severe cold area in the North)as an example,the design scale of tail water is 20000 m^(3)/d,the influent quality of wetland meets the class A standard in The Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002),and the effluent quality can stably reach the class IV water quality standard of surface water by using the constructed wetland technology.This paper analyzes and discusses it from the perspective of process design,operation management and benefit analysis.After the utilization of tail water,it is mainly used as ecological make-up water to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources.
